Andrew Osborne

Andrew is the man behind the vision of Monks Yard, a high quality Somerset conference centre and business venue. He was responsible for running the dairy farm on the old site, having taking it over from his father. Now spending his time with MY Community projects and conferencing.

Marilyn Osborne

Director Monks Yard LTD

Also involved in the running of the old dairy farm alongside Andrew for many years, today Marilyn ensures our conference delegates and business clients are well looked after on our new site.

Rebecca Holling

Director Monks Yard LTD

The daughter of Andrew and Marilyn. She now looks after the accounts and helps ensure the cafe and conferencing runs smoothly whilst also looking after the newest (6month old) member of the team!

Dean Holling

Director Monks Yard LTD

Oversaw the change for Horton Manor site from computer software company to its new role as home to Monks Yard LTD.  Now looking after the day to day running of the site, PR and marketing.

Lisa Osborne

Nest & Nettle/Baby Basics coordinator

Lisa is Andrew & Marilyns daughter. She runs the Nest & Nettle shop and is also our Baby Basics coordinator.

Jane Marsh

Cafe Team

Jane works part time in the Cafe on Monday and Wednesday, she also helps out during busy periods.
